High Language: Mutama Island Native Language ( Troll ): MaUppaNatPlem
Mutama Island is a large island to the east of Utgard . It is the birth place of the troll race and houses one of the largest ruins in Heimr , that of the former troll capital Bregtahlem . The name is a bastardisation of the troll "MaUppaNatPlem" which is, translated literally, "My place upon the water".
The island is separated from the mainland of Utgard and Zarashal by the Sea of Spirits , the primary frontier during the Spirit War between the Trolls and Tellurians .
