Southern Trade is one of the two more common Heimr languages , the other being the Northern Trade (language) .
History
Originally the language of the humans called "Alt-tale" (oud taal), Southern Trade evolved into the modern variant we have today. It is strongly mixed with both the old languages of the Southern heimr races as well as the halfling language, which whom the humans most frequently traded in the age of contact . It was strongly opposed by the gnomes which whom the humans had frequent debates about linguistics.
