Asgard Geography

The Region known as Asgard is considered first among the provinces. Majestic snow-capped peaks tower over sweeping flower-strewn plains and wild forests. A land of gentle summers and mild winters, where herds of stags thunder across the grasslands. Touched by beneficial magic, the forests burst with life, housing some of Heimr's strangest creatures. Also, as the cradle of fae, elves and feyfolk, it is here where the Silver Court, Royal Throne and capital Dearaldia are situated amid the unspoiled wilderness.

The northern mountains provide the Kingdom with its constant demand for raw materials, such as marble, granite, iron, silver, gold and other substance who are carved from the dark depths. Busy supply routes run criss-cross to and from the larger cities, ever guarded by regiments of Asgards standing army. The Twin Princes, North of the region, used to be the fiercest of all Northern volcanoes. Now silent, these gift miners with a steady supply of iron, silver and coal.
