Zalsz
Info
Zalsz was forbidden to split the Lizardman, and has not created a race of his own. Zalsz god of the new, of the fresh and of the power to influence something with the mind over space. Zalsz teaches that all things must and do chance over time, that nothing ever gets lost, is just changes or rearranges. Zalsz worshippers often believe in reincarnation and the rearrangement of things with your mind, also called telekinesis. Zalsz himself never comes to Heimr to influence things, he can do so with just his mind. He is also able to scry everywhere on Heimr, and therefore almost knows just as much as Talor. (Although Talor simply knew the status of Heimr at creation, being omnipotent trough the Laplace concept.) Zalsz is generally smart and wise but slow to act. When he is provoked he disconnects himself from his mind and he will fly into almost mindless fury. His angels, the Archons are beings of white light that protect the lizardman by slightly influencing the world around them. Shifting a tree so it misses a lizardman baby by an inch. etc. They are rarely seen, but are know for renewing the fate of people in the gods when they appear. It is said they also helped renew the fate of the savage races of Utgard in the cultural revolution. When an Archon is provoked to such extend that they have to use their powers to save themselves, there is a chance that they turn into dark variations. Therefore they might choose to not fight back when attacked. His demons, the Dark Archons are Archons that fail to resist the temptation to use their powers for themselves sometimes even for self defence. Such as gathering floating pieces of armor or weapons around themselves for protection or stealing items of wealth or knowledge to further their power. They are the rearranged Archons and therefore change color. The aggressive version is red, the wealthy is yellow or gold and the knowledgeable is light blue which is sometimes mistaken for a white one.
Good Worshipping Methods
Zalsz is worshipped in rituals that reflect change. Examples are the turning of a new year, the birth of a child or the progression into adulthood. Zalsz is also worshipped trough renewal itself. If you actively seek to renew or rebuild something you are worshipping Zalsz by proxy.
Evil Worshipping Methods
Evil cults centred around Zalsz use the concept of "Renewal" as an excuse to destroy everything. Because, they think, from the ashes a new and better world will eventually arise, like a phoenix. Sometimes they capture Archons or Dark Archons alike (Archons in imprisonment tend to turn do dark Archons anyway after a few weeks) and release them in society to cause havoc and destruction.
