Heimr

Heimr is a world connected to the Vortex.

Astronomy

Heimr orbits around a binary star called "the sun" which orbit around each other at a slightly slower rate than a Heimr year, this causes fluctuations in strength of the sun every two and a half year period. Heimr warms up during this two and a half year period and than cools down again across the next two and a half year period. Heimr orbits the sun at a perfect 90 degree angle compare to its equator, this causes the seasons to be uniform across the entire globe.

Lay of the land

It contains two large kingdom and one large alliance of southern races name the Utgardian alliance:

• Asgard Total living: 2.600.000 ( = 8.66% of total Heimr population)
• Midgard Total living: 2.000.000 ( = 6.66% of total Heimr population)
• Utgard Total living: 7.000.000 ( = 23.33% of total Heimr population)

Several of the smaller kingdoms are not named in this list.
